Quality Assurance Techniques deals with the study of physical and chemical examination of plastic containers, labels, cartons, and other printed materials, along with designing key documents, validation of equipment, cleaning validation, and Analytical Method Validation.

The department houses the latest equipment required to conduct practicals as per the curriculum and to support research activities that meet current industrial demands.
